Snigdha Serikari

Snigdha Serikari is a Senior Project Manager at Dalberg since August 2025, specializing in impactful projects. Previously, Snigdha worked at Climeworks focusing on carbon markets from 2024 to 2025 and served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2021 to 2024. As a Program Manager at Central Square Foundation from May 2018 to July 2019, Snigdha designed initiatives to enhance early childhood education for underserved children in India. At Educational Initiatives, Snigdha contributed as a Senior Education Specialist from 2017 to 2018, working on personalized assessment tools and benchmarking assessments for schools in India and the Middle East. Snigdha co-founded Ignus Learning Solutions and led operations from 2013 to 2017, focusing on providing quality education to rural areas in India. Snigdha holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
