Nathan Waugh serves as the Bid Manager for Major Projects in NSW and ACT at A.G. Coombs, preparing for a transition to Sales and Estimating Manager in early 2024. Nathan’s recent projects include the successful securing of a central chiller plant for Chifley Tower and achieving practical completion for NEXTDC S3. Additionally, Nathan holds volunteer leadership roles as Chairman and Director of the NSW Community Rugby Leagues Association since March 2022 and as Chairman of Cronulla Junior Rugby League since 2018. Previously, Nathan was the Executive Director/General Manager at Aircon Piping Installations and has held positions as Operations Manager and Estimator at Sydmec, where Nathan significantly contributed to major mechanical piping tenders. Nathan's educational background includes multiple diplomas from the Australian Institute of Management, focusing on project management, finance, emotional intelligence, contract negotiation, and negotiation skills, along with a Certificate IV in Plumbing Technology from TAFE NSW.
