Simone Serafini

Simone Serafini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Simone is currently the Head of Sales and Partnership at A.G.I.Spa - Agenzia Giornalistica Italia, where they lead a team of 10 people and implements a modern sales approach. Prior to this, Simone was the Head of CRM & Market Intelligence at Eni S.p.A., where they managed a team and oversaw CRM activities for Eni R&M and Enjoy Car Sharing. Simone was also responsible for market intelligence and had a strong proficiency in Salesforce. Simone has also held various roles at Enjoy, Eni Smart Mobility, including Head of Marketing and CRM. Simone has experience in brand communication management and retail marketing at Eni. Earlier in their career, Simone served as the Sales & Marketing Director at Cromolab and the Group Client Director at McCann Erickson. Simone also worked at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as a Communication Manager and began their career as an Account Manager at McCann Erickson. Simone Serafini began their education journey in 1983 at Collegio San Giuseppe, where they completed their Maturità Scientifica degree in 1988. Simone then enrolled at Dublin Business School from 1991 to 1994, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. During the same period, they also attended ebs and completed a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing.
