Heather Culp

Heather Culp, PHR, serves as the Group Learning and Development Manager at A-Gas since March 2024, bringing a rich background in learning and development leadership. Previously, as the Manager of Learning and Development at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2024, Heather developed a comprehensive companywide Learning and Development program that enhanced employee skill sets and productivity. In the role of Learning and Development Specialist at BenefitMall from June 2019 to September 2021, Heather created leadership initiatives for various teams and facilitated the integration of technology into training modules. Heather’s early career includes roles as a Teacher and Instructional Team Leader in Texas Independent School Districts and an Aquatics Manager for the City of Garland, where innovative program development and mentorship were key focuses. Educationally, Heather holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
