Oliver Pesé has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Lufthansa as a Load Control Agent, where they handled weight & balance and aircraft planning, managed documentation for cargo, and addressed customer inquiries. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Duty Manager, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for premium customers and improving processes and procedures. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Network Performance Manager, contributing to strategic plans, forecasting requirements, and implementing operational standards. From 2013 to 2014, they took on the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on customer integration, negotiations, branding, and marketing.
In 2014, Oliver pursued a self-employed venture as a Professional Poker Player until 2016. In 2016, they joined PANDORA as the Head of Customer Relations, overseeing the Customer Experience department and implementing customer engagement plans and initiatives.
Since 2019, they have been working at A-Gas, initially as the Head of Customer Services - Europe, where they acted as an ambassador for surpassing service level objectives, managed customer accounts, and utilized employee relations expertise. Currently, Oliver holds the position of Director of Customer Services and Logistics, where they provide strategic leadership to improve customer service sites, define processes and performance measures, and ensure adherence to policies and SOPs. Starting in March 2023, they will take on the role of Managing Director Germany at A-Gas.
Oliver Pesé obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Lincoln, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. In 2013, Oliver completed a Senior Management Development Programme at Stellenbosch University. Additionally, in 2011, they pursued a Management Development Programme at Stellenbosch University, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
