Seema Benning

Seema Benning is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at A-Gas since March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Executive HR at Baker Hughes from April 2016 to January 2024, where Seema led a significant transformation initiative and designed organizational models to support growth in new energy markets. Additional experience includes strategic HR leadership positions at GE Capital, where Seema partnered with top executives in Finance and Risk Management, as well as roles at GE Healthcare, GSK, Kodak, and Danfoss, each contributing to organizational restructuring, employee development, and HR service delivery. Seema holds a BA Honours in Communication Studies from London Guildhall University and a Diploma in Personnel Management from Thames Valley University.
