Larry Cooper

Larry Cooper possesses extensive experience in technical support and operations within the information technology sector. Currently serving as Helpdesk Shift Lead at A. H. Belo under DallasNews Corporation since July 2009, Larry manages technical support for over 1,900 employees across multiple campuses and organizes critical meetings for executive leadership. Previous roles include Operations Information Technology Associate at CSC from March 2004 to May 2009, where Larry advised customers on computer specifications and obtained a SAP certificate, and Level II Support Technician at BancTec from January 2000 to March 2004, focusing on client technical issues and training.
