Mark Rubenstein has a diverse work experience. Mark started their career as an Executive Chef at Gilbert Robinson Inc in 1981 and worked there until 1987. In 1994, they became a Regional Director and Franchisee at Sculpture Hospitality, a consulting company for the hospitality industry. In 2004, Mark became the Owner Operator of Red Eye Sports Grill until 2008. In 2010, they joined A Head For Profits as a Partner/CEO, focusing on custom Draft Beer Systems and beer line maintenance. Currently, Mark serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Stuever & Sons, Inc.
Mark Rubenstein completed their education from 1979 to 1981 at The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Culinary Arts Restaurant Management. In addition, they obtained a certification in February 2022 as a Certified NFT Expert from the Blockchain Council.
