Bethany Simoens

Bethany Simoens is an experienced professional in operational management and student activities, currently serving as the Director of Operations at A Hill of Beans Coffee Roasters since April 2021. Previously, Simoens held the position of Director of Student Activities at Hastings College from August 2019 to January 2021. Early career experience includes serving in upscale dining establishments, specifically as a server at Odyssey from January 2016 to January 2021 and at Plank Seafood Provisions from August 2014 to May 2016.
