Cristina B. Moquete Payano currently serves as a Care Coordinator at Tri-County Care CCO since 2023 and has been a Behavior Analyst at A & J Behavioral Health since February 2021, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator at Evolent Health from January 2022 to August 2023, Clinical Case Manager at Westchester Jewish Community Services from 2018 to September 2022, and Case Manager at Children's Aid Society from 2017 to September 2022. Cristina also worked as a Waiver Service Provider/Family Support Specialist at New Alternatives for Children, Inc. from June 2015 to October 2016, interacting with clients and families across various settings. Earlier experience includes serving as a Community Council Member for the NYC Department of Education in 2015 and as a Nursing Attendant at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from 2004 to 2011. Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree with a Minor in Autism and Developmental Delays, Psychology from Long Island University and is pursuing a Master of Science in School Psychology from the same institution, expected to complete in April 2027.

A and J Behavioral Health was created to serve the families that need the most help. We are here to help children grow and prosper! We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other similar developmental disabilities. Our programs are individualized to the family’s needs. A and J Behavioral Health also offers private classes for new parents on several topics that include, but are not limited to, sleep training, behavioral issues, toilet training, anxiety reduction for parents/caregivers, and teaching language acquisition in the natural environment.
