Jillian Cugini

Jillian Cugini currently serves as Safety Manager and previously held the position of Safety Coordinator at A.J. Rose Manufacturing Co. since June 2023. Jillian's extensive retail background includes serving as General Manager at ULTA Beauty, where two new stores were developed, focusing on recruitment, training, and successful Grand Openings. Prior experience as Store Manager at Bath & Body Works involved developing talent to enhance customer loyalty and foster teamwork. At Gap Inc./Banana Republic, Jillian acted as Merchandise Supervisor, overseeing the merchandising cycle and optimizing sales through strategic visual merchandising. Additionally, experience as a Design Consultant at Homeowners Design Center included significant sales in flooring and window coverings. Jillian is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Lorain County Community College, expected completion in May 2024.
