Kenneth White

Kenneth White has over 13 years of experience in the legal field. Kenneth began their career as an Associate at Bodman PLC in 2007, where they were hired as a summer associate and later joined the firm's IP group. In 2009, they were recruited to start up the legal department from scratch at Bloosky Interactive, LLC, where they reported directly to the CEO and advised executive leadership on a host of corporate issues and litigation. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Attorney and founder of Invictus Law, P.C., representing more than a dozen corporate entities as sole General Counsel in various industries. During this time, they quickly grew the firm to nearly seven figures. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Allianz Asset Management of America L.P., where they received a performance-based promotion within two years. In 2018, they were hand-picked by the CEO of Ethika, Inc. to build and lead the legal department and collaborate on daily operations strategy during a period of rapid company growth. Kenneth currently serves as the Vice President, Head of Legal & Human Resources at a.k.a. Brands and Vice President, Legal at Viant Technology.

Kenneth White completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2007, where they studied Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton in 2004.
