Magesh Ram has over 30 years of extensive experience in quality assurance and technical leadership, currently serving as a Senior QA and Support Analyst at A.K.A. New Media Inc. since January 2010, where Magesh specializes in automation development using Visual Studio tools and Selenium for web-based fundraising systems. Prior to this role, Magesh held various leadership and technical positions at notable companies such as Wipro Technologies, ArcelorMittal, Target, and Best Buy, consistently contributing to team leadership and technical analysis. Magesh's foundational education includes a Master of Computer Applications from Bharathiar University and Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology.
