Elitsa Ivanova

Elitsa Ivanova has been working at A.L. GROUP since April 2016, holding the positions of Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Coordinator. Prior to that, Elitsa worked at Billa Bulgaria Ltd. from November 2013 to April 2016 as a Cashier. Elitsa completed a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo in 2020, following a Bachelor's degree in primary school education/English language from the University of Ruse in the years 2012 to 2016.
