Marion Ghys

Marion Ghys currently serves as a Conseillère en insertion professionnelle at SAS Insertion since January 2024, focusing on personalized support for diverse clients, including youth disengaged from education, precarious workers, individuals with disabilities, and those far removed from employment. Additionally, Marion holds the position of Directrice consultante at BNI Nord and operates as an independent commercial agent in real estate at GHYS Immobilier with A La Lucarne since February 2019. Active involvement in BNI Union Tech began in May 2019. Previous experience includes managing a franchised Intermarché store where Marion successfully improved operational performance and led a team of up to 60 individuals from January 2009 to February 2017.
