Jörn-Henry Olesch

Jörn-Henry Olesch, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jörn-Henry currently serves as the Head of International Business Development and Operations at A. Lange & Söhne since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PHILIP MORRIS GMBH as an Area Lead from February 2017 to February 2021. Before that, at Philip Morris GmbH, they held multiple positions including Manager Financial Controlling, Manager Business Planning Germany, Supervisor Costing, IS-Team Lead, and IS Analyst from 2011 to 2016. Jörn-Henry also worked at Softline AG as Director ICT and Sen. Business Consultant in 2010, and at PC-WARE as Servicemanager und Projektleiter, and Multiprojektleiter from 2008 to 2010.

Jörn-Henry Olesch pursued their education in a diligent and focused manner. In 2005, they enrolled at Berufsakademie Sachsen / Staatliche Studienakademie Bautzen, where they completed their three-year degree program in Wirtschaftsinformatik, earning a Diplom in 2008. Following this, they furthered their educational prowess by attending HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2012. During their time at HHL, they successfully completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a specialization in General Management.
