Theodore Lee

Theodore Lee is an experienced professional in the healthcare and investment sectors, currently serving as an Investor at 25madison since November 2021, where Theodore is the first hire on the healthcare team. In addition, Theodore co-founded Kouper Health, which focuses on transforming transitions of care, and is a General Partner at A-Level Capital, a micro fund investing in early-stage companies affiliated with Johns Hopkins University. Previously, Theodore worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where technology and strategic partnerships were developed around social determinants of health, and held research positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Lehigh University. Theodore has a Doctor of Medicine from Yale School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics & Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University.
