Cinthia Diaz Csp

Cinthia Diaz, CSP has extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Cinthia began their career as a Recruiter at Certified Payment Processing in 2013. Cinthia then moved on to Capital Recruiting & Staffing, where they worked as a Staffing Coordinator and later as a Recruiter. In these roles, Cinthia developed new business, maintained client relationships, and sourced and placed temporary and permanent employees. Currently, Cinthia is working at A-Line Staffing Solutions as a Senior Staffing Manager, where they provide staffing support to large healthcare organizations and Fortune 500 companies nationwide. In addition to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, Cinthia also trains and mentors new recruiters and conducts pre-employment tests. Throughout their career, Cinthia has demonstrated their ability to effectively match candidates with job requirements and provide exceptional customer service.

Cinthia Diaz, CSP, completed their education at Plano East Senior High from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a General Studies Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Cinthia obtained a certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in May 2019.
