Perry Reid

Perry Reid has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Their recent experience includes working as a Senior Coach at Industrial Logic, Inc. since June 2014 and as a Software Engineer at Retinal Care Inc. since November 2017. Prior to that, they owned their own company, Reid Software Consulting, starting in June 2009. Perry also served as the Director of Systems Development at MBO Partners from October 2011 to July 2014 and worked as an Agile Coach at Improving Enterprises and Gemba Systems LLC from April 2011 to October 2011 and March 2010 to October 2011, respectively. Before transitioning into coaching and consulting roles, Perry gained significant experience in the IT industry, holding positions such as Supervisor - IT at Chesapeake Energy from July 2006 to June 2009, Director of Engineering at Inoveon Corporation from September 2000 to April 2006, and Principal Member Technical Staff at Northrop Grumman from November 1993 to September 2000. Perry's early career involved working as a Senior Systems Analyst at Shell Oil Company from June 1983 to November 1993, where they developed applications and databases in support of exploration and managed a large development group responsible for Shell's technical infrastructure.

Perry Reid attended the University of Oklahoma from 1977 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
