Felicia Querrey

Felicia Querrey is an experienced Instructional Designer currently working at AM Best since May 2022, following a successful tenure as Lead Instructor at Matheny Medical and Educational Center from November 2008 to May 2022. In the role at Matheny Medical and Educational Center, Felicia designed and implemented curriculum using instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy, developed training materials, facilitated professional development sessions for staff, and transitioned content to eLearning formats during the pandemic. Felicia's expertise in integrating educational technology and creating tailored learning experiences has resulted in the successful engagement of participants and the development of a popular YouTube channel with instructional videos. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Centenary University, along with training from IDOL Academy and Ramapo College of New Jersey.
