Scott Burch

Scott Burch is a seasoned Flight Operations Instructional Designer and Trainer with extensive experience in developing training programs for the aviation and telecommunications industries. Currently employed at Alaska Airlines since December 2020, Scott has held positions that emphasize instructional design and training. Prior to this, Scott was a Senior E-Learning Developer at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included creating leadership development training and managing large enterprise training programs that won prestigious Brandon Hall Awards. Scott's experience at Boeing spanned over a decade, where roles included E-Learning Developer and Multimedia Designer, focusing on computer-based training for pilots and cabin crew. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts with a focus on Graphic Design and Animation from Washington State University, along with a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
