Laurie Shah Phr

Laurie Shah has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at AM Best, where they have been working since 2017. Prior to this, Laurie held various roles within the company, including Associate Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist.

Before joining AM Best, Laurie worked as a Human Resources Manager at Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills for seven years, from 2010 to 2017. Laurie also served as the Executive Director of HR at Adams Respiratory Therapeutics from 2004 to 2008.

Laurie started their career at Pharmacia in 2000, where they held the positions of HR Generalist and Project Administrator for Organizational Effectiveness within the HR department.

Throughout their career, Laurie has consistently demonstrated their expertise in human resources management and has gained valuable experience in various roles and industries.

Laurie Shah, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their high school education at Abington Senior High School from 1984 to 1988. Following that, they attended the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
