Jade Monahan

Jade Monahan is Deringer’s Director of Human Resources. An HR veteran with over 25 years of experience, Jade has spent time in every facet of HR, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, project management, training, and organizational development.

Jade brings a wealth of knowledge to Deringer’s HR team. Her previous experience includes large, mid-sized, and small companies, and she is a New Hampshire Business Review 2021 Business Excellence Winner in the Manufacturing category for a large organization.

Jade attended Brandeis University and the University of New Hampshire with degrees in English and Journalism. She served on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of the North Country (NH) and is currently on the board of the Above the Notch Humane Society (NH).
