Nishita Rai

Nishita Rai, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Doughlicious since December 2019. With a robust background in organizational development and psychology, Nishita held various roles at HITLAB Healthcare Innovation Lab from September 2006 to December 2019, including Fellow, Executive Director, and Associate Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development. An experienced consultant, Nishita worked as an Organisation/Individual Development and Growth Consultant from January 2011 to December 2012 and previously contributed as a Project Fellow at the National Council of Educational Research and Training, focusing on mental health programs for high school students in India. Nishita's career began at HCL Technologies Ltd in human resources and includes early experience at Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Social & Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and a Master's in Applied Psychology from Delhi University.
