Andrew Dean

Andrew Dean serves as Fabrication Area Manager and Enterprise Excellence Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation, focusing on enhancing quality in commercial and residential water heaters since November 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew gained extensive experience at Nyrstar over a 14-year period, holding several key positions including Technology Superintendent, Transformation Manager, Senior Continuous Improvement Leader, and various engineering roles. Throughout this tenure, Andrew led teams in process engineering and improvement initiatives while managing site-wide business transformations. Andrew holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Trevecca Nazarene University and a BS in Chemistry from Austin Peay State University.
