Andrew Ingebrigtson has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Andrew worked as a Corporate Recruiter for Rockwell Automation from 2013 to 2014, where they handled the full-cycle recruitment of salaried and managerial candidates in various fields. Andrew then moved on to FIRSTECH in 2015 as an Agency Senior Recruiter, where they provided recruitment services to multiple Wisconsin-based manufacturers. In 2016, they joined Generac Power Systems as a Corporate Recruiter, focusing on engineering and remote monitoring positions. Andrew then returned to A. O. Smith Corporation in 2018, initially as a Corporate Recruiter for engineering and operations, and later as the Recruiting Lead for a brand-new U.S. Hourly Manufacturing Recruiting Shared Service in 2021.
Andrew Ingebrigtson attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a BBA degree in Human Resource Management. Andrew also holds additional certifications from AIRS, including ECRE (Elite Certified Recruitment Expert), PRC (Professional Recruiter Certification), CDR (Certified Diversity Recruiter), CSSR (Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter), and CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter), which were obtained in 2013.
