Bilgin Kadayifci

Bilgin Kadayifci is an experienced Program Manager in Product Development, currently leading product initiatives at both A. O. Smith Corporation and Lochinvar, LLC since July 2018. Previously, Bilgin served as a Development Engineer and Value Engineer at AERCO International, Inc., where significant contributions included developing cost-saving solutions and managing product development teams. Bilgin co-founded and served as CEO of Epickk, Inc., focusing on an innovative mobile app platform, and has held engineering roles at Schindler Elevator Corporation, EDI-ECI, and Gabor M. Szakal Consulting Engineers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University.
