Magdalena Marquez

Magdalena Marquez has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles across various industries. Since June 2016, Magdalena has served as the Director and Talent Coordinator Assistant at A.O. Smith, focusing on business relations and special projects. Prior to this, Magdalena worked at Lear Corporation for over a decade as the Executive Assistant to the Vice-President of Operations, managing crucial liaison duties between senior management, manufacturing sites, and vendors. Additional experience includes serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources General Manager at Johnson Controls and the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations at Raramuri Systems, where Magdalena facilitated communication for startup operations. Magdalena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Texas at El Paso, where also contributed as a finance tutor.
