Neil Rolph

Neil Rolph has extensive experience in engineering and product management. Neil served as the Vice President of Engineering and Product Management at A. O. Smith Corporation since October 2020. Prior to that, they held roles at Lochinvar, LLC, starting as the Vice President of Engineering in February 2004 and later becoming the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing from March 2015 to October 2020. Neil also worked at Weil-McLain - SPX, where they held various roles up to the VP of Engineering from 1987 to 2004.

Neil Rolph attended Octorara High School from 1979 to 1983. Neil then enrolled at Penn State University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
