Rick Hart

Rick Hart began their professional career in 1971 as an Ordnance/EOD Officer in the US Army. In 1995, they transitioned to Gateway where they served as the Director of Facilities/Site Management. In 2008, they joined A-P-T Research, Inc. as a Program Manager, and eventually retired from the company.

Rick Hart obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Clemson University between 1967 and 1971. Rick then went on to receive a Master of Science in Contract Management from Florida Institute of Technology in 1983.
