Carolyn McClure

Carolyn McClure is an accomplished marketing and project management professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and technology. Currently serving as the Lead Marketing Project Manager at Lumen Technologies since April 2020, Carolyn focuses on marketing project management. Previously, Carolyn held the role of Senior Technical Project Manager within the CCM Center of Excellence, where responsibilities included assessing and improving business processes in Service Delivery. Carolyn's career spans multiple positions at CenturyLink and Level 3 Communications, leading projects and managing customer care teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for complex accounts.
