Susana Rosa

Susana Rosa has over two decades of experience in various HR roles, starting with an HR internship in 1999. Susana worked as a Recruitment Specialist before becoming a Development, Recruitment & Training Coordinator at Feira Nova Hypermarkets. Susana then served as the Human Resources Director at Feira Nova Hypermarkets and later became the Recruitment Director at JMR. In 2007, they joined Pingo Doce as the Operational Human Resources Director and later became the Deputy Director Of Operations. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Recheio as the Human Resources Director. In 2021, they worked as the Head of HR Corporate Projects I Corporate Human Resources at Jerónimo Martins before becoming the Head of Talent Programms I Corporate Human Resources in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at A Padaria Portuguesa.
