A Plus Family HealthCare is a charitable nonprofit healthcare organization that strives to provide exceptional, patient-centered health services to meet the needs of all patients particularly those who experience a barrier to health care, including financial barriers.  We wish to promote health, education, and access to care in our community. We take great pride in the care that we give to our patients and their families.
