Tom Perry

Tom Perry has a broad range of experience in the restaurant industry, starting in 1992. Tom has held various leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer at A.Ray Hospitality, Director of Operations at Bar Louie, Senior Food Service Director at ARAMARK, and Operations Director at O'Charley's. Tom is skilled in managing multiple locations, implementing operational strategies, and achieving financial goals. Tom has successfully transformed underperforming markets into revenue-generating entities and has extensive experience adhering to national brand standards.

Tom Perry attended The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1988, where they studied Hospitality Management and Engineering Physics. In 1985, they also enrolled at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management by 1987. In 1986, Tom attended Blackpool & Fylde College in England as part of an International Student Exchange program.
