Matt Aller

Matt Aller has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in operations and transformation. Matt most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Cozzini Bros. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Stericycle, including Vice President of Transformation, Vice President of Industrial Engineering, Vice President of Operations Support, and Regional Vice President. Matt has also worked as a Regional Vice President at Shred-it and held various roles at Cintas, including Regional Business Director, Director of Imaging Services, General Manager, Sales Representative, Internal Auditor, and Management Trainee.

Matt Aller attended Western Washington University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and International Business.
