Giancarlo Fianchisti

Canottieri Comunali Firenze was founded in 1934 as a club reserved to employees of the Florence Town Hall. The first activity was rowing, but in the early 60'​ a Canoe Kayak Team was raised and it is nowadays the main activity of the club. Over its 75 years of activity the club won hundred of italian championships and many florentine athletes took part to international competition representing Italy even at the Olympic Games.
