Elaine Wong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer intelligence and loyalty roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Intelligence & Loyalty at AS Watson since February 2015. Wong has held various leadership positions within the organization, including Director of CRM (Asia) & WISE and Head of CRM (Asia) & WISE. Prior to joining AS Watson, Wong worked at Nielsen from April 2006 to December 2014, where roles included Associate Director of Consumer Insights for FMCG and Senior Manager of Consumer Insights. Wong began the career at Malone Given Parsons Ltd. as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2006. Elaine Wong earned an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.
