Guillermo David Osorio has a diverse background in youth education, counseling, and recruitment, with extensive experience in supporting individuals from the Juvenile Justice system. Since March 2017, Guillermo has served as a Recruiter at A Safe Haven Foundation, focusing on preparing youth for successful transitions into the professional workforce and higher education. Prior to this role, Guillermo was the Coordinator of Street Intervention Services at BUILD, Inc., managing a team of over five employees and fostering a positive work environment. Guillermo also worked as a Second Chance Youth Counselor at the Youth Service Project, providing comprehensive counseling to youth and families, and served as a Classroom Assistant and Bilingual Aide at Chicago Public Schools. Early career experience includes working as an Employment Review Specialist at the Mayor’s Office of Employment and Training, where Guillermo performed in-depth counseling and employment screenings. Guillermo's educational background includes studies at Northeastern Illinois University and Northwestern University.
