Charlotte Neill

Charlotte Neill has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning several companies and industries. Their most recent position was as a People Director at A-SAFE GROUP, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Director (UK & Ireland) at TK Elevator from 2019 to 2023, and as the Head of Human Resources at thyssenkrupp during the same period. Before that, they were a Group HR Business Partner (Global) at Arrow Global Group Plc from January 2019 to August 2019.

Charlotte's work experience also includes a role as an HR Business Partner at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, where they supported teams in the UK and Europe from September 2015 to December 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Business Partner/Manager at Artisan Biscuits Ltd from 2012 to 2015, and as a Divisional HR Manager in the retail automotive industry from 2011 to 2012. Charlotte began their HR career as an HR Manager at VHC Consulting Limited, where they worked from 2007 to 2011. Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated strong skills in strategic business partnering, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.

Charlotte Neill received a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Salford from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with Human Resources from The University of Huddersfield, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Charlotte Neill is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
