Jeff Little

Jeff Little currently serves as the Group People Director at A-SAFE GROUP, where strategic initiatives are implemented to transform the HR landscape and drive growth within global subsidiaries. Previously, at Ball Corporation, Jeff held two vice president roles, overseeing HR services for EMEA and leading the creation of a global HR services organization. Jeff’s extensive experience at Rolls-Royce spanned over 19 years, encompassing senior leadership in consultancy solutions, HR change, and transformation, as well as various HR business partner roles supporting engineering and supply chain operations. Jeff holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies and History from the University of Leeds and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Sheffield Hallam University.
