Cole Bailey

Cole Bailey has extensive experience in the plastics and polymer industry, holding various leadership roles since 1987. Currently, Bailey serves as the Director of Sales for Industrial Markets at LyondellBasell, following the company's acquisition of A. Schulman Inc, where Bailey has been the Business Unit Leader for Distribution Services since June 2015. Previous positions include Vice President of Composites for Global Sales and Marketing at Citadel Plastics Inc. and Director of Marketing and Strategic Accounts at SABIC Innovative Plastics. Earlier in the career, Bailey was General Manager for the Southeast Region at GE Plastics and held the same title at Florida Polymers. Bailey's educational background includes a degree from UCF College of Business.
