Caroline Baumgard

Caroline Baumgard is a seasoned media executive with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of A. Smith & Co. Productions since October 2019, Baumgard previously held the role of Chief Creative Officer at Banijay Studios North America from May 2014 to October 2019, where Caroline was instrumental in launching the studio and overseeing all non-scripted projects. Prior to that, Baumgard spent over 13 years at Endemol USA as Executive Vice President of Development, contributing to the creation and success of numerous original unscripted series, including the Emmy-award-winning "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." Baumgard's career also includes positions at Telepictures Productions, NBC's "Passions," and NBCUniversal Media, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
