Paul Jacquin

Paul Jacquin is currently an advisor at A.Team. Paul has over five years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on management and operations.

Paul began their career in food and beverage as an International Management Associate at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations of the resort. Paul then became the Assistant General Manager at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas, where they managed a team of 32 employees in a fine dining restaurant.

In 2018, Paul became the General Manager at Joël Robuchon Monte-Carlo. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Paul also conducted and led daily meetings to improve brand service standards and instill the team with upselling techniques to increase sales.

Most recently, Paul was the Food and Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC. In this role, they oversaw the operations of five outlets and was responsible for a team of 75 employees. Paul implemented aggressive cost control strategies and organized promotional events to ensure that the targeted budget was reached. Paul also spearheaded labor and P&L meetings.

Paul Jacquin has a Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School, a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from Glion Institute of Higher Education, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches-Gruyère, University of Applied Sciences.
