Maria Reyes

Maria Reyes has over a decade of experience in quality control and customer service roles. Currently serving as the Quality Control Assistant Manager at A-Tech Systems, Inc. since December 2012, Maria oversees error reporting procedures and coaches coworkers on best practices for public relations activities. Previously, Maria worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Strativia and led a customer service team at Protech Global Solutions Inc., where responsibilities included managing staff schedules and technical troubleshooting for the Blackboard Learning System. Additionally, Maria has experience as an Instructional Assistant with Fairfax County Public Schools, focusing on individualized student support. Maria holds a GED and completed coursework at Northern Virginia Community College from 2008 to 2012, as well as studies at the Wilson Center in Washington, DC, in 1993-1994.
