VP, People & Culture at A Thinking Ape

Natania Mathany has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2004. Natania began their career as a Payroll Administrator at The Personnel Department in 2004. The following year, they were promoted to Human Resource Recruiter and Internship Program Director. In 2007, they joined Outback Team Building & Training as a Customer Support & Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies, management of the support team, and the recruitment strategy. Natania was also responsible for the planning, logistics and implementation of Canadian Outback Event Teambuilding Operations. In 2015, Natania joined A Thinking Ape as the VP, People & Culture. In this role, they work collaboratively and with all key stakeholders to lead culture strategy. Natania is responsible for the development and maintenance of the people & culture strategy, as well as switching from strategic to operational tasks.

Natania Mathany completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Human Resource Management from Bishop's University in 2004. From 2006 to 2007, they obtained a Tourism Management Diploma from Capilano University in the field of Tourism. In May 2014, they received a Topgrading Certification from the Gazelles Growth Institute.
