André Pinela

André Pinela is an accomplished Systems Architect and Software Developer at A-to-Be since January 2008, with expertise in project management, product and delivery support, and sales support for RFI/RFP analysis. André has extensive experience in technical support, including monitoring toll collection systems and coordinating field teams, as well as developing in-house monitoring platforms for mobility and tolling solutions. Prior roles include Electronics Technician, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and an Instrumentation Intern at Galp, focusing on automation and instrumentation maintenance. André is currently pursuing an Engineer's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computers at Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, building on prior studies in Electronics and Industrial Instrumentation.
