Douglas Chastain

Douglas Chastain, P.E., PMP, currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer for A-to-Be, where responsibilities include overseeing sales in North America. Prior to this role, Douglas held the position of Vice President of Operations and Sales at Conduent, facilitating sales and program management for clients in the Electronic Tolling Market. Experience also includes serving as Director of Sales for the Western Region at Kapsch TrafficCom North America and as Regional Sales Manager/Program Manager at HNTB Corporation, where a significant sales target was achieved. Douglas began their career in the US Army as a Patriot Missile Operator Maintainer, gaining skills in operational management under pressure. Academic credentials include an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Operational Management from The University of Dallas and a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington. Douglas further developed leadership skills through the IBTTA Leadership Academy.
