Rafael Pinto is an experienced engineering and technology leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Development at A-to-Be since August 2022, Rafael previously held key positions such as Senior Director of Engineering at Bitpanda and Director of Engineering at Feedzai. Early career highlights include significant roles at Celfocus, where Rafael focused on Agile Software Development strategies, and as a Co-Founder of Geegify, which supported local community management. Additional experience encompasses senior positions at OLX Group, CGI, and as a freelance software engineer, complementing a strong academic foundation in Informatics and Computer Engineering from ISEL, along with ITIL certification in IT Service Management.
