Vladimir Zakharenko

Vladimir Zakharenko has over 9 years of work experience. From April 2011 to June 2018, they worked at Unitary enterprise velcom, where they served as the Head of Service Quality Planning and Control Division from October 2015 to June 2018, and prior to that, as the Head of Planning Department of Communication Platforms from April 2011 to September 2015. Since June 2018, they have been working as the Head of the Service Quality Analytics Division at O1 Belarus.

From 1997 to 2002, Vladimir Zakharenko attended Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Vladimir obtained a degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications as a Specialist Engineer.
