Veselin B.

Veselin B. has extensive experience in telecommunications management, currently serving as Senior Manager of the OSS Competence Center at Mobiltel since August 2016, overseeing over 75 employees in network monitoring, technical support, and OSS development. Prior roles include Service and Quality Assurance Department Manager and NOC Department Manager at Telenor from August 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities encompassed managing a 25-member team, leading network renovation projects, and establishing operational processes. Veselin also held key positions at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile from June 2002 to August 2013, including Head of Fixed Planning and Operation and Telecom Engineer, focusing on VoIP network support and troubleshooting. Academically, Veselin earned a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from the Technical University of Sofia.
